"Chelsea was an unbelievable asset during our wedding and was invaluable in making sure everything went smoothly. She was fun, bubbly, organized, and so warm to work with, she felt like an old friend helping out. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she worked to make sure all the vendors were organized and ready to go, and helped us think through situations and decisions that we hadn't even thought of. She helped out during the rehearsal to make sure we were all organized for the big day, but it was her help the day of that truly made her a priceless addition.  She got there early and helped set up, she made sure all the deliveries from the vendors were set up properly, she greeted guests and showed them where to go for the ceremony, the cocktail hour, the send off, etc, stayed and helped during clean up, and paid the vendors at the end. I loved that I was able to relax and actually enjoy my wedding because she was taking care of the logistics. Her presence was never imposing and while I was enjoying time with guests, she was working hard! During the reception, my bustle broke, and there popped Chelsea out of the shadows with a sewing kit. That’s when I knew, she had been circling around the whole time, eye like an eagle on the going-ons. Even my husband said if there was one vendor he would recommend to everyone, it would be Chelsea. At first, we didn't think we would need a wedding coordinator, but thank goodness not only we got one, but that it was Chelsea. We can’t recommend or sing her praises enough!" -Sarah
