Wedding Coordination
This is our most popular service is for couples who need a team of experts to tie up loose ends and manage all the moving parts in the months before their Big Day. After coordinating weddings for over 14 years, we have tailored our coordination service to begin 2–4 months before your big day. This allows us the time to fully understand your plans and ensure every detail is ready to go. We start with reviewing your contracts, and an in-depth questionnaire to gather all the essential information we need to prepare for a productive walk-through meeting. After visiting your venue with you and your vendor team, we solidify a detailed timeline, ceremony line up, and ground plans for your event. We send a draft planning packet to your vendors for feedback and revisions to ensure alignment across the board. From there, we meet your guest count deadline together, refining the timeline and ground plans, and hold a final details call to confirm everything is in place. We week of the wedding, we lead your ceremony rehearsal in collaboration with your officiant, or solo if need be. On your wedding day, our team lead is there for up to 10 hours with two experienced assistants, executing the timeline, assisting with set-up and clean-up, and managing every moving part so you can be fully present and stress-free.

Our Event Design add-on service is for couples who have made the major planning decisions, but feel overwhelmed by pulling their vision together into a cohesive, intentional experience. Starting about 6 to 9 months before your wedding, We step in to take the chaos off your plate and build out your style with confidence—pulling together every detail, from the florals to the floor plan, the linens to the lighting, and every personal touch in between,
We begin with a thorough onboarding call to get a feel for what you've already booked—venue, caterer, entertainment—and where you might need some creative support. From there, we dive into your dream aesthetic, help you navigate your design budget, and recommend the right vendor partners to bring it all to life. Think of us as your creative collaborators—here to help you filter through the noise, refine your ideas, and build a wedding that feels beautifully, unapologetically you.

We’ll brainstorm and refine your ideas, crafting a cohesive plan that captures your style and vision. We provide all the tools and guidance to make the planning journey smooth and enjoyable.
As your event approaches, we shift our focus to execution. We coordinate with our trusted vendors and manage all the logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly. On the day of your event, our team is on-site to oversee every detail, address any unforeseen issues, and ensure your celebration is flawless. Your only task is to enjoy the day and celebrate with your loved ones.
