"I emailed Chelsea several times before the wedding to get her opinion on vendors and timelines. Her experience and advice throughout the process was a big help. Chelsea helped me keep in touch with the vendors to make sure everything was running smoothly and make sure payments got out on time. On the day of the wedding Chelsea had a full plate.  She did all the grunt work so I could relax with my family and listen to 80's music with my bridesmaids.  While we took our time getting ready,  Chelsea picked up the flowers, dropped half off at the church and brought the other half to the reception.  She set the flowers and table numbers on the tables and set the escort cards and guest book up as well.  She also did a bunch of stuff I don't even know about because she wanted me to have a stress-free wedding day.  But most importantly she did it all in a silly hat just because I asked her to! Chelsea's so great because she was just as excited about my wedding as I was and I know she's like that with all her brides.  She's super positive and upbeat.  I found out after the wedding that the horse and carriage went to the wrong church and she had to hustle to get them to our church before the ceremony ended.  And they were!  No one ever knew they went to the wrong church.  What could have been a disaster, Chelsea handled with ease. For all these reasons and more, I'm grateful I had Chelsea as my Day-of-Coordinator" -Christina
